  • There are some favors that the Almighty does not grant either the first,or the second, or the third time you ask Him, because He wishes you to pray for a long time and often He wills this delay to keep you in a state of humility - and to make you realize the value of His grace.

We get along like we've known each other since we were little. However, we missed you guys like crazy! Can't wait to see you tonight at church. Love you!

  • Time flies between updates. I have had an anniversary, birthday and wonderful visit with my parents since I last wrote. I love spending time with my parents...I am most definately a  Daddy's girl. Crazy as it might sound my Dad loves to take me shopping. So during their visit we spent a lot of time at the mall. So many of you called me on my birthday, that was very sweet and meant a lot.

The craziest thing happened the other day. The UPS guy came into work to drop off a package and he looked at me and asked me what church I went to. Keep in mind I have never had a conversation with this man other than Hi, Thank you and Bye. So I preceeded to tell him Southside Baptist. In my mind I was wondering how in the world did this guy know that I went to church. So after inviting him to Southside I asked him.  He said he could just tell. After he left I sat in my office and thought about it for awhile. This guy who I don't even know his name, who I see maybe once every two weeks as he drops of a package could tell that I was a Christian. This made me realize how important it is to try to live Christ-like. What about the people we see more often, our family, our friends, our neighbors, the lady at the tanning place, the teacher, who ever it may be do they see Christ in you? You never know who is watching you and your actions. It is so important to let Christ's light shine through us.

"Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven." Matthew 5:16

Do you let your light shine?

    I love you!

  • Here you go Kyle...The life of The Case's... I'm not very good with the whole updating thing, but I'll try to do better. What's new with me? Well camp was incredible, life changing to say the least. I wish we could go more often. I love watching God work in your lives as well as my own. I am praying for you. Pray for me too. I have some big decisions to make. I find myself in a comfort zone, which will be hard to leave. However, I know if I just trust God everything will work out for His glory.

Sunday is our anniversary! : ) Six whole years. As I look back it is amazing to see how far God has brought us. I cannot believe I was the lucky one Aaron chose to marry.Girls were waiting in line! I must say I am very blessed. He is the most awesome husband ever! If there was an award for that...it would have his name all over it. I am not too sure what I am going to get him for the big occasion. I'm up for ideas if you have any.

Anyways, you guys were so much fun to be with at camp. I love you all!

    Hugs,

    Jamie
